God's Interruption (5)

God's Interruption (5)
The second place is in the house. The people who received the tax on tribute came to see Peter saying, "Your gentleman does not pay a tax on it?" Peter did not think about it and said "satisfied" (Matt. 17:24-25). He did not expect that today's problem is not only that the Lord Jesus will not accept it, but also that the Lord Jesus should not be satisfied. The "Ding tax" in the original text is the name of the Greek currency, which is a half-shekel. This "tin tax" is the redemption of life money in the Old Testament. (Exit thirty thirty-one to sixteen, King Twelve Twelve, four to two Thirty-four 6,9)

We believe in God and believe that God is a known God and believes that God is a manifest God. How do we know this known God? It is because God comes to be a person. After God became a man, He told us to know Him. God puts people into the midst of men to show what God is like. This is what the only Son in the Father's arms has shown to God. So we can find one person in countless people around the world and say that He is God. He is one like us, but He is not like us. This one is the Son of God. Matthew 16 saw us that Peter acknowledged that the Lord Jesus was the Son of the living God, but he received the revelation of God. What the Lord Jesus is paying attention to is who you say I am. There is Christianity or no Christianity. It is when you say who Jesus of Nazareth is. If this problem is not resolved, we have no one foundation. If the Lord Jesus is not Elijah, if the Lord Jesus is Jeremiah, if the Lord Jesus is only one of the prophets, there will be no Christianity. When Peter acknowledged that "You are the Son of the living God," what did Jesus say? The Lord Jesus said, "You are Peter, and I will build my church on this rock." (16,18) The Church is there The church that was built was built on the foundation of Peter's acknowledgement of "You are the Son of the living God." The Lord Jesus then said that the authority of the underworld cannot prevail over the church. Why? Because the church is built on this stone, because the church is built on "You are the Son of the living God." We can say to Jesus of Nazareth, "You are the Son of the living God." We think this is the greatest joy in our life. If Jesus of Nazareth is one, then there is no Christianity. All questions are whether Jesus of Nazareth is human or God.

When Peter saw the taxpayer asking him, he himself would make a good rule and say, "Sina." He saw the Lord Jesus as the same as the average man. He forgot that the Lord was the Son of God. So when he entered the house, the Lord Jesus did not let him speak. What is changing in the mountains is what the content of Christianity is; what is said here is the foundation of Christianity. The Lord Jesus is the Son of the living God. This cannot be overthrown. (From the "Twelve Baskets" third series of the first)

Deuteronomy twenty-one. Outline of the text
One, one to nine, eighteen and twenty-one, and twenty-two to twenty-three: In Moses’ reiteration of the general statutes and laws of the people of Israel, regarding the management of the people, it was that some people killed people. The judges of the slain to find things that fell in the field of the American land; the stubborn rebellion against the laws of his son; and the sinners were hung on wood.
2nd, 10th-14th: Among the captives, take the beautiful woman as his wife.
III. Fifteen to Seventeenth: The Name of the Eldest Son. Key points of truth

I. In the sixteenth to seventeenth chapters, we talked about the case of the eldest son. On the face of it, there is no correlation between the eldest son's name and the twenty-one to twenty-fifth battle. However, on the spiritual side, the battle is related to the eldest son's name, because only fighting can save us
The name of the eldest son.

Secondly, in verses 22 to 23, it is said that the sinners should be hung on wood. The corpse must not stay on the wood for the night. He must be buried on the same day, because the afflicted person is a curse from God. of. This is exactly the situation in which the Lord Jesus was crucified. Therefore, the man who was cursed and hung on the wood was the watch of Christ. Peter also used the word wood to refer to the Lord's crucifixion (1 Peter 2:24). This illustrates an important principle: The Old Testament was not written primarily for the Israelites but for Christ.

Life experience:
In the fight to preserve the birthright of the eldest son, we must learn to trust in God. Fighting is our responsibility, but we cannot perform this responsibility on our own. We can only believe that the Lord has appointed us to fight and that He is to fight for us. As long as we take sacred lives, accept His words, and obey Him, we know that the result is God. This allows us to preserve the birthright.
